FUEL SCARCITY: THUGS POUNCE ON NNPC SALES REP



The Osun state ‎Sales Representative of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation,Mr Wale Olayinka at the weekend was attacked by some thugs and beaten blue black over scarcity of fuel.

According to one of the eyewitness, name withheld  the popular notorious gang headed by one De-law ‎invaded the NNPC mega station along ring road area of Osogbo, the state capital.

It's was also learnt that the incident occurred during the closing hour period of the station,the hoodlums were said to have invaded the  ‎station and pounced on the sales representative of the NNPC.


Following  the attack and putting laws in order,the Osun state commandant of Nigeria Security Civil Defence Corps,Mr Olusola Ayodele with his men in the command visited the NNPC mega station in the state to monitor and put things in order to ensure free buying of premium motor spirit.

Ayodele who confirmed the incident, disclosed that the command have ensured that nobody buy  the premium motor spirit with kegs or odd it through any means.

"He said total eradication of black market and selling petrol products  in the kegs ‎is curbed".

He said the filling station have been up and doing but the major worries is that some organisation are sending request to purchase PMS sending kegs in lorries and van.

The NSCDC boss" urged and appealed to people to corporate with the securities agencies that are mounting the gate to allow free flow so that everybody on queue are benefited".


He ‎also appealed to all the securities men to conduct themselves
